1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing this website and registering for events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.
2. EVENT REGISTRATION
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Any fraudulent information may lead to immediate disqualification from all events without any refund.
3. CODE OF CONDUCT
KIIT Fest 9.0 is a space for creativity, innovation, and respect. Any form of harassment, destruction of university property, or violation of university rules will result in immediate removal from the festival.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. In case of rescheduling, the registration will be valid for the new dates.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KIIT University and the KIIT Fest organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the course of the festival.
6. MODIFICATIONS
The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms, event rules, and schedules at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the official website and notification channels.
